Director of Operations
Jaime is president of operations of La Casita Inc. He started his restaurant career working at his parents grocery store with his family in Adams Morgan. He went on to work as server and then as floor manager at El Paso Café before starting La Casita Inc. with his family in 2003. He has extensive experience with new openings, renovation planning, IT structuring and operations management. He was born in DC and raised in Maryland he now lives with his two daughters and wife in Silver Spring, MD. Jaime has a passion for creating a food experience for his customers that is not only based on Salvadoran tradition but many aspects of other cuisine focusing on a fresh and high quality product.
