Mario Arbaiza

General Manager

Mario is general manager of La Casita Cocina C.A.  He along with his family began his restaurant experience at parent’s grocery store in Adams Morgan.  He worked as general manager in the family restaurants.  He also has experience as a server, bartender, lead trainer, supervisor and beverage manager. He is passionate about community work and does community outreach for the company and works with local schools, churches and sports teams to set up relationships and have events and fundraisers at our locations to support the local communities.  He now lives in Silver Spring, Maryland along with his two daughters and wife.
