Samuel, is general manager at La Casita Cocina C.A. He began his restaurant experience working at Chapala Restaurant and El Paso Café before joining La Casita Inc.  He specifically has focused on streamlining operations to produce financially successful restaurants and restaurant operations.  He received Bachelor’s Degree from University of Costa Rica in Business Administration.   Through his professional career, he has learned to embrace change. Believing passionately in the power of leading by example.  He pushes to create a culture of healthy work environment, team work, respect and cooperation.  He empowers team to provide efficient service with responsibility.
